Translate Technical Concepts: Partner with Product Design to turn complex technical workflows into simplified, "marketing-ready" UI visualizations and original vector illustrations.
Manage External Partners: Act as the primary creative lead for external agencies and freelancers, providing actionable feedback and quality control to ensure output meets our brand standards.
Evolve the Design System: Maintain and expand our library of reusable design components and brand guidelines to ensure global scalability and consistency.
Collaborate on Campaigns: Work with Growth and Events teams to translate strategic briefs into high-performing visual assets that drive engagement and conversion.
Requirements
Professional Design Experience: 2+ years as a brand designer or art director, ideally within a B2B tech environment or a fast-paced creative agency.
Tooling Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), along with comfort using Google Workspace and Slack.
Systems Thinking: A proven ability to work with and evolve complex brand systems and component libraries across diverse formats.
Technical Visualization: Exceptional skills in vector design and the ability to translate abstract cloud concepts into visuals that resonate with a developer audience.
Workflow Autonomy: Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume requests via project management tools like ClickUp, prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
