About this role
Role Overview
- Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
- Establishing companies for clients
- Preparing and submitting licensing applications
- Acting as AML Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
- Evaluate and implement AI solutions in the area of compliance
- Evaluate and implementing RegTech software for clients
- Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training
- Coordinating with supervisory authorities
- Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success
Requirements
- University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage
- Relevant professional experience (2+ years)
- Very strong understanding of compliance software (RegTech)
- Very strong understanding of AI technology and its opportunities
- Knowledge of financial market regulation (in particular anti-money laundering)
- Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
- Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
- Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: In-depth expertise in crypto and fintech
- Consulting experience or experience in a law firm
