Responsible for recruiting at Körber and identifying the right talent for our business areas
Independently manage the entire hiring process and define appropriate recruiting and sourcing strategy
Build strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders (especially Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners) and act as a trusted advisor on all Talent Acquisition and recruiting topics
Continuously optimize existing processes to ensure smooth recruiting operations and an excellent candidate journey
Advise business units on optimizing job advertisements and selecting suitable recruiting channels
Requirements
Successfully completed a degree in business administration or comparable qualification
At least 3–4 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in an agency or in-house environment
Ideally, you have managed vacancies across different seniority levels in a dynamic environment
Passionate about Talent Acquisition topics and process optimization in this field
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and diligence when working with stakeholders
Ability to find pragmatic and efficient solutions to emerging challenges and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
