Several years of solid experience in software development
Hands‑on proficiency with modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants
Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: experience building or deploying multi‑agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) and working with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
Highly self‑motivated and pioneering mindset; ability to work independently
Strong communication skills, business acumen, and didactic ability
