As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume both functional and disciplinary responsibility for our HR‑IT area with a focus on LOGA.
You will combine leadership, client responsibility and hands‑on HR‑IT expertise — developing sustainable solutions for demanding clients together with your team.
Overall responsibility for LOGA client projects — from concept through to productive rollout
Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules
Ensure quality, adherence to deadlines and compliance with defined service‑level standards
Manage complex interfaces with client systems and external partners
Develop standards, best practices and scalable service processes
Act as a sparring partner to senior management and clients on HR‑IT matters.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Alternatively: commercial vocational training with in‑depth HR/payroll further education
Several years of experience in the HR‑IT environment with strong LOGA expertise
Deep practical experience in customizing, preferably in payroll and time management
Experience in project leadership and ideally in managing staff
Entrepreneurial mindset, decisive decision‑making and a structured way of working
Very good German and good English skills
Experience in the service or BPO environment is an advantage.
