Role Overview
Bank reconciliations: perform daily and/or periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, identify discrepancies, and support investigations into their causes;
Tax reconciliations and fiscal processes: support tax reconciliations and ancillary tax obligations. Also verify balances, tax calculations and payments based on documents and systems, contributing to the compliance and integrity of fiscal and accounting information;
Monthly accounting close and reporting: support the monthly accounting close according to a pre-established calendar. Additionally, ensure the calculation and closing of the accounting accounts under your responsibility;
Support to other teams (accounting guidance): provide support to internal areas on accounting matters, advising them on their records and the correct classification of information. Review/validate received information to ensure integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;
Previous experience in accounting;
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite);
Intermediate to advanced English;
Analytical and solution-oriented profile: ability to interpret data and propose solutions;
Organization and planning: maintain control of deadlines and priorities;
Attention to detail: ensure accuracy in executing and reviewing tasks and operational demands with agility, autonomy and technical excellence;
Communication skills: convey information effectively and objectively, both in written and verbal communication;
Teamwork: work well in groups and collaborate with different departments and stakeholders;
Ethics and reliability: ensure confidentiality and responsibility when handling sensitive information, ensuring processes comply with laws and company guidelines;
