Lead and deliver strategic initiatives within GA Investment Accounting & Business Support team
Evaluate existing investment accounting processes to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Design, implement, and maintain investment accounting processes, controls, and procedures
Review and analyze financial results and investigate variances and anomalies
Champion data governance and quality standards
Support the preparation and enhancement of management and regulatory reporting
Represent GA Investment Accounting & Business Support team in cross-department forums
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation

University degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
CPA designation is an asset
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment accounting, financial reporting, or related disciplines
Strong knowledge of investment accounting principles, financial controls, and period-end close processes
Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives or cross-functional projects
Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify root causes, and design practical, sustainable solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
