Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy and execution plan
Partner with senior leadership, Commercial and Global Leadership Teams
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Lead strategy and execution for customer visits, education events, and tradeshows
Development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistent external messaging
Lead brand strategy and equity, ensuring consistency across messaging
Partner with Market and Business Insights to leverage market research
Champion and lead a global Customer Experience (CX) transformation
Drive continuous improvement by identifying new tools, channels, and methodologies
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance, and communicate results
Develop and manage the marketing budget, forecasts, and ROI analysis

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant progressive marketing experience
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership overseeing teams, budgets, and strategy
Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, B2B, and/or marketing agency or consultancy environments
Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible, self-directed work style with ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional international travel.
