Translate client trading, liquidity, and execution needs into actionable product insights; work closely with internal Product and Engineering leaders to shape features and enhancements.
Analyze competitive market trends and behaviors to identify unique opportunities that increase protocol volume, active liquidity management, and long-term engagement.
Represent Uniswap professionally at industry events, conferences, and in partner meetings to amplify the brand and secure new business opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Engineering to ensure smooth integrations, contractual alignment, and client success.
Develop and lead team members through structured mentorship, deal reviews, and continuous feedback, raising the bar for execution and professionalism.
Requirements
relevant business development, partnerships, trading desk, or client management experience in traditional finance, fintech, or trading infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, API integrations, and trading workflows; familiarity with decentralized markets a plus.
Ability to speak credibly with senior technical and commercial stakeholders; excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a network of institutional and fintech contacts and the ability to build deep, long-term relationships.
