About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage a team of Technical Sales Representatives within the assigned district.
Drive district-level revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and execution consistency.
Conduct regular coaching, deal reviews, and performance management activities.
Ensure pipeline quality, opportunity progression, and CRM discipline across the district.
Support complex deal strategy, pricing decisions, and escalation management.
Lead regional channel partners and ensure alignment with EnerSys sales strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
6+ years of experience in industrial, utility, energy, or technical sales.
Prior experience leading teams or serving as a senior sales contributor with leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of channel sales models and complex deal environments.
Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive performance across teams.
Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
