Contribute to the development of communication, engagement, and training plans
Map stakeholders and support relationship-building and alignment activities
Act as an interface with internal teams and clients, facilitating the adoption of changes
Support the facilitation of workshops, meetings, and engagement activities
Monitor adoption and effectiveness indicators for change initiatives
Support initiatives to manage resistance and mediate conflicts
