Plan, execute, and continuously improve software testing activities and quality processes, ensuring reliability, stability, and adherence to defined requirements
Design test scenarios and test cases, performing manual and automated testing
Validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring adequate coverage of features
Execute functional, regression, integration, and, when necessary, performance tests
Identify, record, and track defects in a structured manner, ensuring traceability and supporting development teams in resolving issues
Contribute to the definition, standardization, and continuous improvement of quality processes and testing best practices
Participate in the construction and maintenance of test pipelines, supporting automation initiatives and validation efficiency
Create and maintain technical test documentation, such as plans, evidences, and reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between requirements, development, and validation
Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in testing processes, contributing to reduced defects and increased system reliability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
Experience with software testing (manual and/or automated)
Knowledge of designing test scenarios and test cases
Experience with functional and integration testing
Familiarity with defect and test management tools
