Lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformation projects and initiatives, from concept through execution and sustainment.
Drive automation of supply chain planning processes, reducing manual touchpoints and improving planning cycle efficiency.
Identify upstream process gaps and inefficiencies; implement solutions to ensure clean, accurate requirements flow to procurement.
Partner with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) teams to align transformation efforts with upstream S&OP/S&OE processes.
Analyze current-state planning workflows, systems, and data to define and implement future-state capabilities.
Establish and track KPIs to measure improvements in planning accuracy, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
Lead system and tool enhancements (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms) to enable advanced planning capabilities.
Drive data governance and MRP health improvements to ensure planning system integrity.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and tools.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and executive-level updates on transformation progress.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Support scenario modeling and simulation to improve decision-making and planning outcomes.
Requirements
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, or planning.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience with Integrated Business Planning / E2E Supply Chain, supply chain planning processes (MRP, S&OP, S&OE, demand/supply planning), and with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, or similar systems.
