About this role
Role Overview
You organize appointments, meetings and conferences, keeping deadlines and processes in view at all times
You manage filing, handle reminders/follow-ups and support the manager and team in day-to-day operations
You create and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and a clear overview
You support internal projects and help ensure smooth workflows through your commitment
You conduct research on defined platforms and actively assist with the pre-qualification process, including organizing events
You coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation through follow-up
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Office Communication Clerk)
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication and discretion
Independent, structured working style
Confident user of MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are desirable
Driver’s license class B
