Financial management and oversight of a central business unit, including planning, forecasting, month-end close and reporting.
Act as a Finance Business Partner and advise operational and management levels on financial and business matters.
Analyze pricing and profitability structures and derive measures to sustainably optimize performance.
Identify opportunities and risks and ensure transparent communication.
Initiate robust profitability and ad-hoc analyses to secure results.
Proactively drive the development of reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, BI and IT.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Excellent English skills.
Several years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering or procurement controlling.
Ideally, experience in retail or the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers and processes.
Solid experience with SAP FI/CO, BI tools, as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Confident communication in German and English.
