Provide holistic support and advice to employees and managers on all operational and strategic HR matters
Responsible for personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle (contract creation, master data maintenance, time tracking, personnel files, preparatory payroll processing)
Ensure compliance with employment law and statutory requirements, and support on collective bargaining questions and collaboration with the works council
Support performance management processes, target agreements, and employee discussions
Support personnel development, including training organization, talent management, and succession planning
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reporting for management
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Solid knowledge of employment law and works council/co-determination law
Experience with collective bargaining arrangements, ideally in the context of IG Metall, is an advantage
Strong advisory and communication skills and a confident manner with managers and employees
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Assertiveness combined with empathy, and a high degree of trustworthiness and discretion
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
