Legal analysis and assessment of facts and investigation findings
Preparation of recommended courses of action, taking into account statutory and internal requirements for receiving reports and conducting investigations
Management and independent conduct of fact-finding investigations, including developing investigation plans, preparing, conducting and documenting employee interviews, requesting statements, etc.
Conducting training and rolling out compliance across all international entities (including on-site)
Management of the whistleblower system
Guiding/monitoring/steering internal and external stakeholders in the context of internal investigations
Support in the development and expansion of the Compliance Management System (CMS)
Requirements
Completed studies in law (first and second state examinations)
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, investigations/internal investigations, preferably in an internationally operating company
Alternatively in a public audit firm or a specialized law firm
Helpful: Knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU Whistleblower Directive
Business-fluent German and English
Good understanding of economic relationships
Analytical, solution-oriented thinking paired with a strong service focus
