Oversee the entire project management function including team performance and portfolio delivery

Enforce the 'Modea PM Standard' and 'Delivery Norms' across all projects

Bachelor’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
10+ years in project/program/portfolio management
7+ years in people leadership, specifically leading Project Managers
5+ years in a consulting environment
Proven experience leading and growing a consulting practice or department
Strong Scrum experience in digital product development and modern DevSecOps delivery
Proficiency in managing multi-million dollar portfolios with evolving scope
Proven track record of building trusted C-suite partnerships and expanding accounts through exceptional delivery
