About this role
Role Overview
Identify and acquire apartments, properties and development projects across German-speaking Switzerland
Build and maintain a strong network (owners, property managers, investors)
Proactively develop the market through direct approaches and cold outreach
Manage the acquisition process from the initial viewing to integration into the portfolio
Help shape the company’s growth strategy
Requirements
Native Swiss German or fluent; excellent High German and English skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-initiative
Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
Several years of experience in sales, business development or real estate is a plus
University degree preferred
