Conduct auto insurance contracts by understanding the client's situation and helping them find the best solutions to meet all needs and identify the most suitable product and/or service.
Support the client in defining the most appropriate proposal by analyzing the needs presented to help prevent future issues in the event of a claim.
Identify the client's profile by analyzing information and/or data in tools and/or query systems to guide assertive actions related to retention of products and/or services.
Perform automobile client retention through actions that create an attractive and differentiated commercial relationship, with the goal of renewing insurance for low-complexity products and/or services.
Carry out other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs or demand, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate leader, in order to ensure continuous professional development.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a university degree (undergraduate)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in selling auto insurance
Knowledge of the Quiver system is a plus
