About this role
Role Overview
1st, 2nd & 3rd level support – you handle requests via phone, remote access or a ticketing system and deliver fast, sustainable solutions.
Troubleshooting – hardware, software, network or printers: you identify the fault and restore system functionality.
Monitoring & performance – you detect issues early and keep customer environments running before they become critical.
Customer communication – you take the lead in clear, friendly communication directly with customers and end users.
Service quality & SLAs – reliability is your priority: you keep commitments and deliver work to a high standard.
Documentation & knowledge transfer – your work is documented and shared for the team, customers and long-term solutions.
Team spirit – collaboration, open communication and mutual respect are our guiding principles.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in the IT services environment (system integrator, service provider) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and client applications, as well as Windows, macOS or Linux
Experience with networking, hardware and common business applications
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and the ability to explain complex IT topics clearly
Language skills: fluent German and English; French is an advantage
Driving licence category B
Resilience, team spirit and the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
