Role Overview
- Manages all aspects of branch’s projects including production, invoicing, budget, and client relations
- Develops and communicates scheduling needs, manages change orders, project procedures, and equipment resources
- Engages with all relevant stakeholders proactively
- Coordinates with operations team to identify project risks
- Monitors project status and provides daily and monthly reports to branch leadership team
- Supports and promotes project safety by ensuring compliance with safety programs
- Negotiates disputes and provides resolutions with stakeholders
- Ensures accurate paperwork is maintained for each project
- Leads project closeout procedures
- Assists with project documentation governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in a construction project management/coordination role
- Proficient in MS Office 365 products
- Ability to read and interpret jobsite drawings, blueprints, and maps
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and discounts
- Valid CA Driver License and good driving record.
