Drive Global Sales: Lead efforts to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities
Execute Go-to-market strategy: support Commercial Lead in defining the go-to-market strategy and operationalize it to achieve sales targets across global markets
Define Value Propositions: collaborate with Commercial Lead and Solution Engineering to create compelling storyboards and articulate Patient Suite’s unique value to clients
Influence Product Roadmap: work closely with the Product team to provide market intelligence and customer feedback that shapes future enhancements
Campaign Collaboration: partner with Inside Sales to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads
Client Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Collaborate effectively: Operate effectively within IQVIA’s, global matrix organization, driving alignment across multiple teams and geographies
Market Expertise: stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position Patient Suite effectively
Requirements
10+ years in sales, business development, client-facing within pharma or life sciences
Deep knowledge of digital solutions for Clinical Trials; eCOA is a must; experience with SaaS solutions strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills; strong customer service orientation
