About this role
Role Overview
Be part of team developing the sales and commercial strategy of the product line for the region
Execute strategies to drive growth targeting potential customers in the upstream sector.
Identify opportunities to penetrate the market where Baker Hughes currently has a limited share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the targeted customer base
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends and growth opportunities to senior management
Study market trends, understanding the environment, customer challenges and the competitive landscape
Establish trusting relationships with customers and partners, developing customer intimacy and early engagement
Establish brand and technology, organising technology updates and participation at industry symposiums
Requirements
Considerable experience in a customer facing role in the oil and gas sector.
Experience in fishing sales
Good track record in a service delivery, field or offshore role where you can demonstrate customer interaction.
Technical competence in Wellbore Intervention applications.
Strong knowledge in Fishing, slot recovery, plug and abandonment, Casing Exits, Well Bore Clean Up
Ability to consult on a technical or commercial level to customers and build successful and strategic relationships.
Good market intelligence and commercial awareness as well as the ability to get involved in technical development issues.
Excellent communication skills with both the ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Sound understanding of the tendering process.
Ready to travel across the Northern Continental Shelf.
