- Execute the already existent development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the city scene, injecting your personal Insights and creativity.
- Cultivate robust relationships within Levante and Balears diverse coffee community, encompassing baristas, café owners, and other relevant stakeholders, winning them through your unique personality, outstanding knowledge and strong credibility.
- Champion Oatly's prominence by actively cultivating strategic partnerships with influential accounts.
- Promote awareness of sustainability's impact on the coffee industry.
- Curate and execute engaging coffee events to foster community bonding while spotlighting sustainability.
- Assist with the execution of larger activations across Levante and Balears and be an inspiring ambassador for the brand (by being yourself).
Requirements
- Solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience.
- Deep understanding of the coffee landscape across Levante and Balears with strong awareness of emerging trends and market dynamics.
- The personality to succeed in this role – collaborative, energetic, flexible, humble, dedicated, supportive, reliable, positive and trustworthy.
