Role Overview
- Project Delivery: Playing an active role in fee-earning client engagements and, when free, on internal projects that help to develop Transform’s consulting practice. Working on deliverables and positive outcomes for the client, taking responsibility, supporting colleagues. Understanding the variety of roles that make up delivery and proactively stretching yourself by taking on new challenges. Honing skills through active learning, practice and working effectively with others.
- **Management of delivery engagements: **With oversight from our Principal Consultants and/or Directors, working up to and/or taking responsibility for day-to-day management on client engagements. Demonstrating the ability to step up at short notice. Providing less formal leadership or guidance to others when needed.
- Personal development and helping others: Refining your capability in both the breadth and depth of skills required for consultancy. Developing own preferences and strengths. Showing how your skills contribute to the whole. Proactively seeking opportunities to support others. Taking every available opportunity to learn through the work you do. Planning and executing personal development objectives and goals.
- Supporting Transform’s growth and culture: Identifying new opportunities through network or current clients. Opening doors to close yourself or leveraging others. Getting involved with sales and proposals to develop skills and understanding. Communicating the Transform brand, values and experience. Supporting new colleagues on client/internal assignments.
