Define and implement a performance strategy for the company’s contract activity
Oversee and intervene in all key stages of the contract lifecycle
Streamline contractual processes to improve productivity and facilitate decision-making
Identify, anticipate and control litigation risks related to regulations and their evolution
Communicate and act as the interface with all stakeholders related to a project or contract: internal (legal, marketing, sales and finance) and external (clients, service providers and suppliers, administrative authorities)
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Procurement/Purchasing
At least 6 years of experience in operational IT procurement broadly defined: Software, Hardware, P2I, Telecoms
Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude are major assets for the success of the project
