Design workforce data models: Design and establish a structured that bring together forecast, actuals, cost model, and strategic baseline to support planning and decision-making across IPE.
Deliver insights: From workforce trends, hiring velocity, skills distribution, and location strategy – to advise long-term workforce planning. This includes using data insights to support the transition (e.g. where talent uplift or reskilling required).
Workforce governance: Lead the workforce audit/change log process, ensuring proper governance traceability for changes across workforce plans.
Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI or Excel) for use in workforce and transformation programme governance for a. Ensure clear, concise, and accurate data-driven reporting to support decision-making at senior levels.
Transformation Metrics: Partner with Transformation lead to define and handle Transformation programme wide objectives and key results, scorecard that measures programme’s progress, impact, and alignment to transformation outcomes.
Customer Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for team members, Product Manager, HR, Finance, TA and Transformation Programme team on workforce and programme data. Collect and translate new customer requirements and convert them into actionable, prioritised backlog items.
Agile Operation: Operate as part of agile squads or cross-functional delivery teams, participation in backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Transformation enablement: Collaborate with workstream leads, Transformation leads, engineering team to carry out focused analysis that support smoother and more effective delivery of change. This may include deep dives into operational processes or workflows to identify problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve ways of working.
Process and workflow design: Partner with Transformation Lead, Product owner and engineering team in design and documentation of future-state process, including end to end workflow, roles and responsibilities, and governance structures across workstreams to enable effective implementation of the new operating model.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience technical business analysis, data analysis or a related field in transformation or large-scale programme delivery.
Data modelling and visualisation
Strong analytical skills with sophisticated proficiency in Excel and hands on experiences in Power BI, SQL is a plus.
Skilled in developing structured, repeatable data models and report to support ongoing decision-making.
Strong data literacy and experience working with data, comfortable with data principles and standard methodologies.
Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience using planning and tracking tooling such as Asana or Jira is essential.
Familiarity with tools like Visio or Lucid chart.
Demonstrates strong attention to details while maintaining the ability see and understand the broader strategic context.
