About this role

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters and associated infrastructure components
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Drive innovation and best practices in cloud infrastructure design and implementation
Develops a team of Agile delivery leads, cloud engineers & consulting partners
Understand security, risk and compliance frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams (including Product Owners)
Identify areas for improvement in existing processes, tools and workflows

3+ years of people management experience
Hands on experience in software development methodologies and Agile based delivery
proven experience with Cloud Native technologies on at least one of the major cloud services providers (AWS preferred)
Experience designing and delivering production cloud solutions at scale
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferably have CKA, CKAD and CKS qualifications
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure
Strong leadership and team management skills
