Role Overview
- Understand the communications needs of various internal and external audiences
- Manage a team of two including a senior communications manager
- Help drive the strategy and planning to support key internal and external events
- Drive strategy and execution around the development of executive presentations
- Oversee executive social media strategy
- Partner with HR and BU stakeholders to drive adoption of culture across HPEFS team members
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of external communications experience
- Strong PR and social media experience
- Extensive executive communications experience supporting top executive leadership
- Strong listener, collaborative, diplomatic, and consultative
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence executives
- Experience guiding executives in communications strategies
