Role Overview
- Work closely with Production support lead
- Communicate and drive closure on defects/bugs
- Analyze, test, and probe on complex initiatives
- Collaborate with other talented individuals in the office
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Manual testing
- Salesforce background
- Ability to analyze, test, and work with Business team
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to write test cases, scripts, Jira stories
- Strong organizational skills
