Lead requirements to migrate business units to the new underwriting platform; document functional specifications and ensure the solution meets ROI goals
Act as the primary point of contact for the Trade Credit Operations Manager, providing consistent status updates, risk assessments, QA testing, and progress reports on all active projects
Beyond the system transition, provide ongoing BA support for diverse operational needs, process improvements, and ad-hoc business initiatives within the Trade Credit department
Facilitate sessions with national stakeholders to seek consensus on differing interests, manage priorities, and remove roadblocks to keep teams on plan
Analyze complex data sources to provide actionable recommendations; create guides and visual documentation to bridge the gap between IT and business users
Identify change and provide QA during test planning and execution to ensure the integrity of the Trade Credit systems and workflows
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Proven experience with SaaS is required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
Project Management Expertise: A strong background in Project Management is required
Trade Credit Knowledge: Experience in Trade Credit insurance, Underwriting systems, or the broader insurance industry is a significant asset
Analytical Skills: Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple files and initiatives simultaneously
Language: Bilingualism (English/French) is required
