HR administration & data management: Maintain and update employee master data in our HR systems, and manage deadlines and documents in a structured manner.
Contract management: Draft and process employment contracts, contract amendments, salary adjustments, as well as employment references and employee certificates.
Support HR processes: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and maintaining relevant data in the HR systems.
Time management & absences: Maintain working hours and absences in the time management system and process overtime requests.
Interface with payroll: Prepare and provide payroll-relevant information and support administrative payroll matters.
Reporting & analyses: Support HR reports, statutory/statistical reporting, and analyses for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., office administrator, administrative clerk, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Some professional experience in administration, assistance, or clerical roles—ideally with an interest in HR.
Structured working style: You are organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
IT skills: Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with HR systems.
Communication skills: Service-oriented and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders.
