Role Overview
- Initiate, lead and manage cross-functional projects to standardize at the component level
- Conduct market, usage and internal stakeholder analyses to establish robust, future‑proof standards
- Contribute to the definition of future sourcing concepts (e.g., commodity group/category strategies)
- Independently monitor activities and projects under your responsibility
- Submit development requests for planned projects and present progress updates on ongoing projects
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (specialization in Communications Engineering / RF Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a development engineer
- Experience in project management and working in cross-functional project teams
- Solid knowledge in analog and digital circuit design, circuit/layout design and commissioning of assemblies
- Knowledge of mechanical design is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
