Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Public Management, or a comparable field; a PhD is welcome
At least 4 years of professional experience in a closely related area such as infrastructure projects, consulting or project management (years may overlap)
At least 2 years of procurement experience in infrastructure projects, including the preparation of tender documents (e.g., scope of work), negotiation, price and bid evaluation, and market research, or experience in contract and claim management — including project contract administration and knowledge of relevant regulations
At least 1 year of experience in consulting and/or external client-facing roles
Very good German skills (at least C1 level or higher)
Enjoy working in legal and regulatory contexts and have an interest in further development in this area
Strong communication skills, e.g., for client workshops and analyzing and defining client requirements
Passion for digital transformation and the infrastructure industry, with a high level of technical affinity
