Quick, structured, independent, and solution-oriented handling of support tickets
Clear and understandable guidance for our customers in using the Linkster Performance Cloud — with the aim of delivering real added value
Prioritization and independent handling of incoming requests according to defined processes
Close coordination with our tech team on bugs or other more complex issues
Ensuring high response quality and short reaction times in support
Documenting solutions and actively developing our knowledge management database (Help Center & internal knowledge base)
Development perspective: As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, e.g., in customer onboarding, quality management, or independent management of key accounts.

Quick comprehension — you enjoy solving problems, understand them quickly, and can categorize them accurately
Strong problem-solving skills — you find pragmatic, effective solutions, even for new challenges
You communicate clearly, precisely, and understandably — even on more complex topics
You remain calm and solution-focused, even when things are urgent or multiple issues occur simultaneously
You enjoy working with tools and quickly learning new systems
Interest in SaaS, e‑commerce, or influencer marketing (not required, but a plus)
You are available 15–20 hours per week and can work flexibly
You speak and write fluent German and English
