Account management: Expand existing customer relationships to generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities and to increase customer satisfaction.
Consultation and presentation: Professionally present the product portfolio tailored to customer needs – remotely or on-site.
Reporting and market analysis: Prepare and deliver reports on sales progress, target achievement and market developments for sales management.
Contract negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms and conclude contracts in line with company policies.
Collaboration and strategy development: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product management, customer service), participate in trade shows and help shape new sales strategies.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
Several years of sales experience (ideally B2B); knowledge of youth welfare services is desirable
Strong negotiation and closing skills combined with excellent communication and a genuine enjoyment of customer contact
Independent, structured and efficient way of working, including when working from home
Creativity and an innovative mindset to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments
Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
