Providing direct HR leadership for Chile and Colombia, in collaboration with HR COEs
Collaborating with business leaders in the development and implementation of key human resource initiatives
Influencing and guiding business leaders to advance the organization towards being a Best and Preferred Place to Work
Supporting the execution of talent agenda, including talent reviews, assessments, team effectiveness, development plans and internal talent mobility
Guiding the facilitation of performance management and conflict resolution through counseling and coaching
Driving employee listening, site engagement and inclusion priorities
Protecting the enterprise through compliance activities, advancing labor relationships and enhancing policy and practice
Involvement in other HR related activities and projects

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Minimum of ten (10) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Prior experience working as an HR leader in a medium to large multinational organization
