Requirements
Significant experience selling high-growth, disruptive enterprise software—ideally within Identity, Biometrics, or Cybersecurity.
A proven ability to sign large, strategic projects that require shifting a customer’s mindset from traditional security to modern, biometric-first architectures.
An established network of CISOs and Digital Transformation leaders who trust your POV on the future of authentication.
Deep knowledge of the drivers of change in the industry, including FIDO standards, GDPR/privacy regulations, and the move toward 'Passwordless' enterprise.
Experience working with global systems integrators (GSIs) to bake PingOne Recognize into large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Mastery of value-selling frameworks to move the conversation from 'price per seat' to 'total risk reduction and UX improvement.'
