Monitor and validate military and explosive cargo bookings: checking regulations, collecting required documentation, and obtaining loading/discharge approvals from vessel owners, ship managers, and local authorities
Create and maintain product sheets for local agents to standardize procedures and efficiently address their queries
Take part in webinars with local agents and keep port restriction files up to date, ensuring the team has reliable operational information
Manage a high volume of Excel files (multi-booking tracking, multiple stakeholders) and communicate daily in English with contacts worldwide, including our GBS team based in India
Requirements
Currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Proficient in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP…
Prior internship experience using these tools is a strong plus
Good level of English, both spoken and written
Curious, organized, and resilient: able to juggle multiple priorities, track many files, and push for answers
Comfortable picking up the phone, following up, and escalating when needed: a proactive mindset is key in this role
