Manage complex multi-workstream projects and oversee junior team members
Analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of project leadership and workplan management experience within healthcare, including major projects for large, complex organizations
Experience in consulting environments with a focus on mid‑revenue cycle, clinical documentation, and coding, including complex design and implementation initiatives
Strong leadership abilities aligned with Huron’s core values and competencies
The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
