Assistance to Regional and Medical Leadership: You relieve the regional and medical leadership in daily operations: scheduling coordination, correspondence, and preparation of meetings and decision papers.
Practice Management & Operations: You coordinate cross-practice processes in the Neckar-Alb region (Tübingen, Reutlingen and other locations).
Liaison to Head Office: You act as the link between our practices in Neckar-Alb and the GoMedicus headquarters: ensuring information reaches its destination, handling enquiries and preventing projects from remaining siloed.
Quality & Patient Focus: You have a good sense of how a well-run practice operates — and what happens when something is not right — and you take proactive measures to address issues.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in practice management, medical/clinic assistance, healthcare administration or a comparable role within the healthcare sector
Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a medical practice, medical care center (MVZ), practice network or similar structures
Strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to keep multiple balls in the air simultaneously
Excellent communication skills when interacting with physicians, medical assistants (MFA), patients and administrative staff
Down-to-earth and pragmatic: you’re not a ‘concept person’ but someone who gets things done
Fluent in German
Residence in the Neckar-Alb region (Tübingen / Reutlingen / surrounding area) or willingness to relocate
