Role Overview
You identify medical practices and MVZs (medical care centers) that are a good fit for GoMedicus — through direct outreach, networks and non-obvious channels: tax advisors specializing in healthcare professions, savings-bank healthcare divisions, and regional physician networks.
You build a structured M&A pipeline and maintain it consistently — with the target of growing our network to 45+ sites by the end of 2027.
You engage with physicians looking to exit on equal terms — as someone who understands their life’s work, not merely a transaction handler.
You conduct first-level assessments and financial screenings — quickly, decisively and with AI support.
You coordinate external advisors during due diligence (legal, tax, KV/regulatory approvals) and prepare decision memoranda and LOI processes.
You are familiar with small-cap transactions in the EUR 1–10M range or eager to learn them — both operationally and on a personal level.
You support completed acquisitions through the integration process — ensuring nothing falls between the cracks.
You take on special projects directly for the executive team and work side-by-side on the company’s most important initiatives.
You work closely with the COO, CFO and CEO on pipeline status, conversion, forecasts, etc.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in management consulting, startups, PE/VC, M&A advisory, investment banking or business development — we are interested in candidates who move things forward, not just analyse them.
Experience with or a strong interest in physical, location-based business models — roll-up growth, multi-site expansion or similar brick-and-mortar scaling topics.
Nice to have: experience in the healthcare sector (MVZ, clinic, long-term care), knowledge of KV-regulated structures or an existing network of practice owners — not mandatory, but a clear advantage.
A personable, relationship-oriented disposition — you win people over with ideas, not just numbers.
