End-to-end coordination of operational processes between medical practices, physicians, patients and external partners.
Implementation, monitoring and optimization of telemedicine workflows, including reporting, billing and process quality.
Project management for the introduction, rollout and further development of digital and hybrid care models.
Collaboration with product management: systematic collection of user feedback, requirements management, feature testing and continuous system optimization.
Planning and operational execution of internal and external implementation of the GoMedicus Suite.
Onboarding, training and ongoing support for medical partners and corporate clients.
Management of selected existing customers (Key Accounts) with a focus on usage, process stability and scalability — no sales responsibility.
Requirements
Degree or comparable qualification in health management/health economics, business administration, medicine or nursing science.
1–2 years of experience in project management; knowledge of agile and classical project management methods is desirable.
Ideally, first experience in telemedicine, digital health applications or healthcare in general.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Confident use of digital tools and platforms (including Google Workspace, Slack).
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1); English skills are a plus.
