Manage a portfolio of TV & Film publishers, providing strategic guidance to support their growth through tailored content and distribution strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their content pipelines and business objectives to deliver customised support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Sales, Communications) to plan and execute campaigns, quarterly reviews, and major entertainment activations.
Support onboarding and development of new publisher partnerships, contributing to the expansion and diversification of entertainment content on the platform.
Facilitate collaboration between publishers and creators to drive high-quality, original content and strengthen the content ecosystem.
Support scaled communication and education initiatives for a broader publisher community, sharing best practices and improving overall content quality.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of initiatives.
Requirements
Fluency in English and German.
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of the TV & Film industry, including content production, distribution models, and the streaming landscape.
Experience in publisher management, partner management, or content ecosystem development.
Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends, with a solid understanding of audience behaviour and digital storytelling formats.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong interest in the evolving entertainment and digital content landscape.
