Own and maintain visibility of the central content and design calendar, ensuring alignment across brand, sector, capability, and PR activity.
Coordinate the flow of marketing work, supporting prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery timelines.
Identify duplication, gaps, or bottlenecks in activity and proactively flag risks or resourcing challenges.
Monitoring workloads and flagging bottlenecks or resourcing needs.
Help maintain and uphold brand consistency across all marketing assets.
Support in delivery of events, newsletters and social media activation and other content where needed.
Requirements
Experience in marketing coordination, content operations, or design workflow management.
Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a business forward and increase customer engagement and sales.
At least 5 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.
3 years of experience in Professional Services or highly matrixed organisation is highly desirable.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Expert relationship building and network creation – internally and with external parties.
Confident working with creative teams and agencies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
Self-sufficient, self-starter.
Proactive in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and escalating issues.
Good team player, works collaboratively to achieve goals and objectives.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
