Collecting, analyzing, and optimizing the composition and processes of decision-making committees
Supporting organizational development projects (including organizational design and corporate governance)
Preparing and supporting cross-company and cross-business-unit workshops
Assisting in the preparation of presentations for the Board and senior management and reviewing decision templates
Maintaining and managing IT systems related to organizational development
Requirements
Current students (or recent bachelor’s graduates about to start a master’s program) in business administration, organizational development, law, HR, or related fields
