Lead, develop, and mentor a team of consultants
Manage staffing, capacities, and utilization to meet project demand
Own recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team members
Improve and standardize delivery processes, supporting cloud readiness and scalable execution
Enable customer cloud journeys and ensure high version adoption
Collaborate closely with Services Leadership, Project Managers, Sales, Cloud Ops, and global delivery teams
Act as Success Manager for assigned customers
Contribute delivery expertise during pre‑sales and in project steering committees

3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience within a professional services organization, including leading teams and driving performance
Strong leadership and people development capabilities
Experience in project delivery, resource allocation, and process improvement
Firm understanding of cloud transformation and modernized ERP delivery models
Excellent communication, structured working style, and customer‑centric mindset
Background in computer science or business administration
Experience with manufacturing industry processes (preferred)
