Designing solution frameworks that embed thought leadership, propose timelines, mobilize internal and external resources, and include budgets and cost structures
Partnering with business development to craft solution-based proposals for enterprise-level engagements
Requirements
Broad HR expertise beyond talent acquisition
at least 5 years across areas like talent management, learning and development, total rewards, employee engagement, or DE&I
Strong business acumen from complex organizations, consulting, or enterprise strategy environments
Proven consulting skills, including partnering with senior stakeholders to gather input, shape strategy, and deliver results
Comfort in client-facing settings at every level of an organization, including the C-suite
Deep understanding of organizational structures, culture, and dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clarify complexity, identify value propositions, and articulate solutions clearly
Composure under pressure, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
High integrity, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to client service
A self-starter mindset
you thrive in fast-paced environments and work well both independently and as part of a team
The ability to guide and educate internal teams and client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
University degree with a business focus
At least 5 years in complex business, consulting, or enterprise strategy environments
Demonstrated expertise in complex talent and HR topics
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with project management software is a plus
