About this role

Define and own the product vision and roadmap, managing the full lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-quality enhancements on time
Translate client feedback, market trends, and data into prioritized features that drive engagement and value
Manage backlogs and sprints using Agile practices to iterate quickly and ship meaningful improvements
Track adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction to guide roadmap and feature decisions
Support go-to-market efforts with strong launch plans, enablement, and post-release feedback loops
Stay current on payments, stored value, and loyalty trends, representing the product internally and with clients

5 years of product management experience delivering digital products end to end (fintech, payments, or eCommerce preferred)
Strong Agile experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams
A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
A self-starter attitude with a passion for building customer-centric products
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
